Engine vibration

I am getting a noticeable vibration at 2800-3100 rpms. No noises at all. Could this be the compensator? I have an 04 road king. The vibration is in all gears so its not tire balance. Thanks for the help.
 
I am having the same issue with my '09 FXD. Not sure where the rpm's are at when it does it but it is in the lower range. The bike shudders at the same point in gear or not. A trip to the dealer is in order I guess.
