engine vibration in a 1983 toyota corolla cs?

hey can anyone tell me what my vibration in my car is from?
my car is a 1983 toyota corolla cs but we changed motors, the original motor was the 1.3 l but was stuffed so we put in a 1100 l engine from an older toyota corolla, maybe 1967-1971 model, the original motor had no vibration. we have checked engine mounts over and they are good, could it be the torque conveter? took it on a long 2 hour highway drive at the end the car was vibrating that bad i had to pull over

could u pin point the area where the vibrations came from? if not it could also be the drive shaft(if its not front wheel drive), transmission mounts, flywheel, torque converter, u-joints. does it vibrate when the engine is idling and in neutral or does it vibrate only when its in gear?
