engine knock in a 2000 jeep wrangler 2.5?

i have a 2000 jeep wrangler with a 2.5l . and just started knocking loud. it holds 20-40 oil pressure at idle and 50+ at drive speeds.i still have good power and pick up and it don't smoke . it sounds more like metal to metal from the top of the motor but hard to pin point. it has 150000 miles on it.
 
i have replaced allot of the 2.5 jeep engines and found out that the harmonic balancer goes bad and ruins the bearings.so the knocking is probity the bearings.
