Engine....Honda Acoord.......Help Me?

So i asked a question earlier about what it could be thats causing my engine to shake like crazy. But now i need to know if its alright to drive it out short distances here and there before i get it fixed. B/c i have to go to class to take exams tomorrow and friday. Will it break down or will it be alright until i get it looked at friday afternoon? Any tips or advice also helpful . Thank you.
Oh yea and supposedly the problem is the mounts....so will it be alright to drive it?
 
if its a stick shift go easy on the gears so your engine doesent shake hard.. i had a civic with the same problem and as long as i didnt burn rubber or shift hard it ran fine for weeks!
 
if you dont drive to far and to fast it will probably be ok, You ahve more than one mount, there are usually two on the engine and one on the transmission. I would get it fixed asap though
 
rev the engine while you hold your foot on the gas, if the motor rises more than likely it is a motor mount, in which case you should be ok for a i bit but get it fixed before the vibration makes something come loose.
