i own a 92 4RNR. My mechanic told me today he found coolant in the 2nd and 4th spark plugs and timing and i have a warped head. okaaayyyy.... obviously to spend the money to repair that would be nuts on a vehicle that old right? especially with 267000 miles on it.
so heres my question... if i get a wrecked 4rnr and have my mechanic go through a used engine and replace mine will it be better than or worse that going through mine? Mine also has oil leaks, loses serious power on uphill and guzzles fuel. HELP ADVICE PLEASE??? I am unable to buy a new car plus i really love my toyota. is this situation fixable for less than 2000$?
