I am using an equation in energy economics that says (my solution)
Total Domestic Production of diesel = Imports - Exports + Domestic Production in refineries
= Total End consumption + Total Intermediate Consumption + Losses.
So the data of the problem are : Imports = 475 kToe, Exports = 861 kToe, Losses = 0
Total end consumption = 4548 kToe , Total intermediate consumption = 205 kToe.
So we end up that domestic production in refineries = 6111 kToe diesel.
BUT i am not sure of the terminology and if the equations are valid (my solution).
Could you please help?
