Employees, help desk, and work email

So I am an employee and I don't really feel like calling the help desk to get my email from work on my BB...I know we can cuz other people have....Im just lazy and dont want to call unless I absolutely need to...

Any other T-Mobile people that work in a call center and have their work email routed to their phone that could tell me how to do it....

Or if I NEED to call them then does anyone have the number cuz I'm not at work and I want to get it setup ASAP

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~are you able to get to your work email account from the web? If yes then you could set it up to retrieve the email. If you have a BES at work then I believe that you need that type of service on your device and permission from IT at work.

If youre just a CSR youre not technically allowed remote e-mail access as you arent paid salary and thus should technically be paid for reading your e-mail.

Just FYI, as I too am a non-salary employee.

Help Desk needs to add you into the BES server, then you need access to a workstation that has BES access. (On the retail front, that is our manager's computer) Sync your BB with that PC and it will take care of the rest. Help Desk can walk you through all of it. Keep in mind once you are on the BES server, you can't download any new software or themes for your device. It's a security limitation of our BES server.
