Installed a new starter and connected it to the battery and it started by itself. It won't shut off with the key. It shuts off when you disconnect the battery.
won't shut even when we disconnected battery. There was only two wires to the starter and those were connected correctly. Connected negative battery cable to start it with the key in the ignition -in the on position. Disconnected battery and it still was running. Had to disconnect a fuse to turn it off.
