Emergency help!! car window problem in honda 2004?? car experts!?

Okay I am tired of this. I dont know if the motor burns or what. I ordered window motor thinking it was burned on passnager front right side. It got burned i think because it only goes up when i turned my car on and stay there. The passanger side window switch has no affect on or or the driver side switch. Its like it has mind of its own. I ordered another new regulator and it was half way up when it came from factory. I connected it to plug on window and turned car on,, again!! it went up in free air and stopped there. What is the problem here. I think it has something to do with master switch. Maybe power doesnt go through the right switch or something. Or it only goes up, Wierd thing is my factory regulator still gets hot when i tried to move up or down but no reaction from it. Do i have problems in wiring? Is there a way i can connect right motor straight to battery? How will i go about making it go up and down since i have to switch polarity? I am trying not to go to machenic since they will charge over 80 bucks for no reason...
