Emergency discharge summary

I ended up in the hospital after drinking too much. Recently I found the papers that they gave me called Emergency discharge summary. How can I tell what all the numbers mean from my blood tests?
 
Usually on bloodwork they'll flag what numbers are too low or too high, if you don't want to discuss them here, this website can help you interpret results:
