I am a single female from Uganda, i have a problem (don't know if it's a physical abnormality or not). whenever I am making love with my boyfriend , my clit gets harder and looks like a tiny erect penis. My boyfriend likes it and sometimes he loughs at me, I kind of find it embaressing. what should I do? can it be fixed by surgery?
