Email, Web browsing and phone ?

Hi,

I currently have a Dell Axim PDA and a nextel phone. I want to carry only one phone with these features
receive gmail
sync with outlook,
browse the web
compatible with my Toyota Sienna's bluetooth dialling
occassionally use it to connect my laptop to the internet
I want to be able to use it in asia

What is the minimum data plan i should have. My current favorite is the Tmobile Dash. Can have a $29.99 voice plan and add a $5.99 tmobile web plan and use these features?

WHat phones are people using with the 2006 Toyta Sienna?

I narrowed my choice to these phones. T-Mobile Dash or Cingular Blackjack. Can I get gmail on the Dash with a T-maobile $5.99 web plan?
 
Have you checked the coverage where you will be using the phone? Make sure you will have coverage where you live, work, play and travel. That should help decide.

Can't speak to the Dash, but the Cingular Blackjack requires the Smartphone connect or one of the Media Net plans which start at 19.99 I think.
 
The e61 does not have a camera. I am almost decided on the T_Mobile Dash and I can get it for $99 with a $29.99 voice plan and a $5.99 web plan.

Can someone help answer my worry if this will work with my Toyota Sienna's bluetooth dialling setup?
 
I had the same questions before (different car manufacturer) and my suggestion is to check out Toyota forums (here, here and here, for example) and ask there. As a general tip, you may not get any threads talking about Sienna and Bluetooth, but there's a large chance that Toyota is using the same Bluetooth implementation in all of their cars of the same year.

I have to post just to say "No problem!", as I am on my 999'th post and want to know what the 1,000th post will do to my title. Am I upgraded from "Why yes, that is a bag phone"? I hope so! *LOL*
