Email service interruptions

Thanks Melissa, Maybe Florida is as charmed as Arkansas is overlooked - I wouldn't be surprised. Arkansas's population is fairly small and probably doesn't offer as much financial possibility as the more populated states but the service here has been OK most of the time. I'm sure that's why I only get GPRS coverage here from T-Mo.

I called T-mo cust srvc and, when the 1st rep tried to transfer me to a BB rep, I got a msg that said, "...we're sorry but we're unable to take your call right now - please call again later." Life's too short.... Thanks again.

Lately for phone service Tmo in Florida has been lucky.

Sadly that luck does not carry over to everything in FL. We are the state that doesn't get to be counted for the democratic presidential candidate - so in same ways Arkansas is better off.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll just assume it's here in "AR T-Mobile" land. I'll watch for the email failures more closely and hope it isn't a permanent problem. At least the scenery's good here.

I live in TX and a couple of the guys at work said yesterday that when they tried to send me emails they would get a red x. I don't know if its related but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I think the red X simply means that the message wasn't sent - probably due to a coverage problem or something like that. I believe you get a check mark or some other indication when sent msgs are completed.
