After upgrading to iOS 5 my emails are nolonger being pushed to my device. I need to manually open the email App to check for new messages.
Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

That happened to me too when I first started using the iOS5 beta. Turning my phone off and then back on fixed it for a while. Also, deleting your email account and re-adding it might help. After doing that a few times and as the beta's progressed I didn't have a problem any more. Mine is working fine now.

I have changed my setting to Fetch every 15 minutes and both accounts do receive email it's just delayed. I guess Apple does have a bug in iOS 5 that prevents Push from working.

This prompted me to go back and take another look at all of my settings. I sure can't figure it out. What's really bugging me is that it worked - once, just once. :(

I just finished researching apple's support communities and many users are reporting issues receiving push emails from different providers that the posters say did work before upgrading to iOS 5.0.

I agree, it would be understandable if the 3rd party providers needed time to update their servers to support iOS 5. However apple's iCloud email should work out of the box.

I've deleted all my accounts and set them back up again and still no joy so I guess I'll be looking forward to ios 5.1 to sort this out :(

Same here. My last Yahoo email shows as 19 Sept but my Mobile Me wont push either. That one shows 4 Oct as my last mail. Anyone know how to fix this very annoying problem?

After I set up my iCloud email on iPod touch I used another email account I have on my computer to send test emails to my iCloud account. I did this about a dozen times and each time within seconRAB of sending the test email I got notification on my iPod that I had new email.
