Email help!

I just bought a blackberry curve through T Mobile and I am not gettign my emails to come through. (hotmail) I took it back and the guy was able to re-add my password and then the emails started coming through. well, now, it appears as tho my password is still saved adn im still not getting emails to my blackberry. what is the deal!? help!
 
Well we can try this go to options advance options service book delete your service book for your hotmail email address if its not there go back onto a pc setup ur email and on the left hand side click service books and resend service books...

If it is there delete it and then log into the account via pc and resend service books
