Email form with Attachment Upload facility using ASP?

I am trying to create an Email form in ASP which is working fine. But I also need the ability to first browse and upload a document from the client machine to the server and then attach that document in the email. I cannot load any dlls or components on my server. This needs to be done using plain ASP. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
