I liked juno/hardcandy. Stay away from that roller skating film though.,..that was dire.



Its a narrative mess, and not smart at all. Best to avoid. Sometimes some things remain obscure for good reason.
 
Ellen Page's defining moment is in 'An American Crime'. Tough to watch, but ultimately a rewarding experience. If anyone has a multi-region DVD player, the region 1 DVD is cheap on Amazon.

Hard Candy was also a riveting watch. Juno, however, was just a waste of my time.
 
I had a hard time believing the film was based on true events. It baffles me how people can be so evil. And the neighbourhood kiRAB getting involved... terrifying.
