Eligible for upgrade in 2 months

Hey everyone! Well, I've got an upgrade coming up soon and thought I'd see what some opinions were on phones that will be available by then through Cingular. I want a music phone as well as a good camera on it. I've been using a Sony Ericsson Z520a for the last year and I really like it, so I'd have no problem with going with another SE.

Phones I've looked at and been reading about are the upcoming Nokia N75, the SE Z750i and W580i, and the MotoRAZR v3xx. The Nokia and SE phones don't have a release date yet, so I don't know if they'll even be available by June. I'm not real into all the modding and application stuff, I just want a phone with a nice MP3 player and 1+ MP camera. Also, price range is around $150-200 max with new contract.

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

EDIT: Also, my preference for form factor is flip, slide, bar, in that order.
 
Yeah, I forgot about that one. If neither of the SEs or the N75 are available by that time, I may look at that. I played with a store demo and thought it seemed kinda bulky and unergonomical, but the RAZR isn't much better in that respect either.

Kinda why I'm hoping the SEs and N75 will be available, should be much more ergonomic.

I'll take a look at user reviews for the Sync and see how people like the GUI. Thats probably what I'm most picky about in a phone. Tactile feedback is important, too. I love my Z520a because of the little *click* when I open and close it. Weird, I know, but just my opinion.
 
I actually REALLY like the N75, from what I've read. Pictures I've seen of it make it look very sleek and high quality, I'll definitely have to go by a store or kiosk to see if they have a working demo I can test drive, but I like what I've seen so far.

I just hope its not $300 with a new contract because thats too much. Anyone have any good guestimates of how much it will cost with a new contract/upgrade?
