Elementary school PE class bikes?

Does anybody know the name of those little three wheeled bike things that they usually have in elementary school PE classes? The ones that are really low to the ground and you have to move the handlebars back and forth and the motion of the front wheel makes it go?

I used to love those things and I wanted to see if I could get one for my niece, but I have NO idea what they would be called... Help?
