Electronics - PCS or stripboard?

I want to build a few circuits. Very simple stuff. Some of them consist only of a power connector and loads of LEDs. Well actually the only thing I have planned for not consists only of LEDs. What should I use? Stripboard or PCB or something different? a picture with the suggestion would be nice so that there is no missunderstanding.
Yes yes that's what I am planning on using. I'll probably buy mine from Rohs.

I suggest you use plain perforated board. http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=1917
Put the components on one side with the end wires through the board, then arrange the wires on the other side and solder them together. If you're going to make more of the same, the wire side gives you a template for etching some PCBs.
