Electronics I am trying to fix an HF-80 xmtr I have no RF @ my grid detector.?

I have 4 tubes the last tube in circuit has no grid V. It has a TS and there is nothing wrong with the detector. At first I thought it could be a short in the tube socket. but there is nothing wrong with it visually. I have tested everything AI could think of. going on a month. HELP. thanks.

IA tube series w/ driver tubes in per in one module sends rf to tube socket of PA tube
PA tube uses fil to heat up plt scrn grid
