Electrolux ewg14440w stops in mid wash and Start/Pause Button Flashes?

I have a Electrolux EWG14440W washing machine and when it is mid way through a wash, it will stop and the Start/Pause button will flash and will not progress any further. You have to turn it off and then start the wash again. Does anyone else have an Electrolux Washing machine with this error, or knows what this means? There are not any error codes and the manual does not say anything about this. Any info will be good or I will have to get an engineer to have a look. It is only 4 weeks old.
 
It is still under guarantee so get the seller to come and fix or replace. Could be something as simple as the door microswitch being loose or defective. However, this would require professional intervention.
