Electrical Problems With 2007 Toyota 4Runner?

I have a 2007 Toyota 4Runner with just over 36,000 miles that is in excellent condition. Until recently the car performed perfectly without a single problem of any kind.

Some 2-3 months back an arctic storm move into town with frigid temperatures and I left my car parked in the drive. When I went out to start it the car had zero power; I was able to get into the driver door, but nothing else worked...no alarm...no horn...no power windows...rear hatch wouldn't open...no power locks...no radio...no interior lights...and of course the car wouldn't do anything when I turned the key.

I initially thought the battery was dead. I removed it and had it tested and it had plenty of charge. When I put it back in, the car started right up, but radio lost its pre-tuned channels and the power windows and sunroof would not automatically open/close. The car started fine for another day or so; but the next day I ran into the store while the fiancee stayed outside and listened to the radio with the motor off, which she hardly ever does. About 10 minutes later the car's entire electrical system died again. I popped the hood and jiggled the battery cable and it started right up when I turned the key.

The dealership where I bought the car examined it and said they couldn't find anything wrong. They did "re-program" the car's computer and dis/re-connected all the battery cable.

Car worked fine for 2 months and then about a month ago the radio and power windows again lost all their programming although the car started fine. This time, the dealership replaced the "battery brain" and said they had found an improper ground wire on the battery.

After that, the car has started fine without any problems until this morning. Went out to go to work this morning and it once again had zero power...no interior lights...no radio...could get into the driver door, but no power locks...no power windows...no nothing! I didn't bother messing with the battery or the cables this time; I just called AAA to tow the car to the dealership so they could see it in its current condition.

Any thoughts on what the problem/s might be?
