It wouldn't start, just turned the key and nothing happened. An hour after I got it towed in, they called to ask if I had another key the first day, later they said they needed a part and gave me the impression it would be ready yesterday. I called and was told that they are still trying to diagnose the problem. It has something to do with the ignition safety? Does this sound reasonable, or am I getting cheated?
I initially thought it would be the starter, as the power did come on when I turned the key forward.
