Electrical problem with 1999 buick centuy Possibly ecu?

I have a 1999 buick century limited edition and YES (" i have checked all my fuses AND relays") :)

about a year ago my gas gauge stop reading it constantly reads full then a few months after that ALL of my windows went out and YES (" i bought a brand new switch") that was not the issue and now 7 months later my low beams stop working !! YES (" these were tested and work excellent ") and yes once again i checked all my fuses and relay .....ive also heard from alot of freinds and checker autoparts and autozone they think its the ECU and i just want to be sure because i am going to buy one soon so if you know my problem i would really appeciate it .
Im not paying any money to go to a dealership that doesent want to tell me anything that cant make them money and the cheapest i could find was 250 im only payng around 15 dollars for the ecu

and. Would really appreiate it if someone could ("ANSWER") my question insted of being iggnorant about what i have asked so please Be straightfoward about what i have asked please noyhing else thanks i just want a answer to whatthe problem is
 
Do yourself a favor and have the problem diagnosed at a GM dealer. They have the best chance of knowing the particular problems your Buick has and all the recalls and technical service bulletins on the problems. Paying $100 for a good diagnosis will be well worth it rather than wasting the money on a new computer that you may not need.
