Electric Bicycle Laws?

Hey Everybody, I Was Wondering What The Electric Bicycle Laws Were (If Any) Because I Do Not Know If It Is Totally Legal In These States) In Vermont and New Hampshire? Please Help and Thanks....
could someone give me the details about what the laws are, i feel to lazy to check the laws myself, haha, but i did try n it didn't work out for me that well, the Vermont laws were confusing and hard to get to....
 
Check with your states Department Of Transportation, they will have the laws governing the use of mopeds and electric bicycles. Most states will have a maximum power and top speed allowed.

If you are too lazy to look up the laws you should just use a bicycle and not worry about it.
