Alright, I just installed ES 4 Oblivion on my Windows 7 (64-bit) laptop (which is very new and somewhat powerful) And I am having a problem in game.
I'm using the retail version of the game, and I've played it with no problems before when I had it on my Vista (64-Bit)
The Problem I'm having is, all the sound is there, except for when I initiate a conversation with ANY Npc (face to face conversations, not cinematics) Their mouths move, the subtitles are on the bottom of the screen, the background noise is playing, but the Npc has no voice. They make no sound at all while talking.
I didn't have this problem when I played it on my vista, which is why I came here to ask how I can fix this so I can play it on my newer pc. Other people on the internet have had this same problem, but they always get off-topic, and it NEVER results in an answer.
So how do I fix Npc's not having any voice while talking to me?
