EGYPT .. transmitting lectures on TV ?

ok will they transmit them on "ardy" or "satellite" ??? I have a satellite but no aerial for normal channels :SS

and how are they going to pull it off ??? there are not enough hours in the day for all university topics ...

can someone please explain to me how this is going to happen ??
