Eerie or Ghostly? Do You Think This Is Coincidence, or a Ghostly Occurrence?

Ever since I was little, I could smell someone smoking cigarettes in my house while nobody was home. My mom says that back when we lived on the farm, there was a man that would sit on the porch swing on the front porch and smoke a cigarette but when she took a double-take, he would be gone. At my home now, I've heard organ music during the day and sometimes smell cigarettes when nobody is around. My mom could smell it too.
I personally don't believe in ghosts, but I have a hard time explaining whats going on, though, I do live in town, so hearing and smelling random things can be common. What do you think?
Do you have any ghost stories for me? I love to hear them, even if I don't believe in ghosts.
