Hi I contacted the eeoc about discrimination within my workplace and I was wondering if this is the right choice. I've been scheduled an appt to see someone there but I'm pretty iffy about this. I'm considering backing out. Is the settlement even worth it? I've searched on yahoo answers and the web about peoples opinions of the eeoc and mainly got horror stories. Any suggestions? Be as brutal as you want
