I had about 7 black neon tetras in my tank. Saturday, I noticed one swimming oddly. It had a little red spot on it's side. Every day, it got worse and worse...
I looked up the symptoms and found hole in the side disease, but that's usually in large pond fish.
Yesterday, I swapped the fish out of the tank into a 3 gallon tank to watch him closer. Upon inspection, there was a huge hole in the side of his body, I could literally see inside. I got a little closer to look. He swam away.
Last night, I went to take a picture to put on here with a question, and the fish was dead, in half in the tank.
