So for years I've been planning to go to school for music. Suddenly I'm questioning those plans, and am thinking I might take up psychiatry. (I chose psychiatry because I'm fascinated with the mind, very socially insightful, and like helping people through problems).
But one thing I worry about is the requirements of getting a degree in psychiatry. Does it require 10 years in medical school-- taking all the classes an MD goes for (including advanced mathematics classes?). I'm not so hot at math, but I do do very well in biology and chemistry.
