The brighter side of the spectrum:

hurtful words thrown at me
But I will not let them condemn me
I'll stand up proud with a wide smirk on my face
Indulged myself with confidence

I will not let them nock me down
Instead I will fight to prove them wrong
I will make them think twice before putting me down
For they now will know I will prove them wrong
Don't think I will?
Come at me with a mock
And I surely will make you the fool

I'll embrace myself with confidence
Keep my head up high
And remain standing tall
For I now know I can complete what I put my mind to
I will master what you think I can't achieve And become part of the brighter side of the spectrum

I will once again
Stand up tall, my head up high
Refusing to let their unsugarcoated lies get me down
Grinning in disgust at those who will
Instead of taking a leap of courage

This is not just a way for me to live
It is my belief, a belief everyone should go by
It is words of wisdom that i learned the hard way
So take my advice, I'm giving you the easy way out
Consider yourself the "lucky" one
