I'm using Firebug to block ads, but for some reason the coders have made a huge div right at the top of the screen that remains even if there's no ad there. It's annoying as hell, it pushes the real content down 250px below a whitespace.
If I right-click I can delete the element (it's a table inside a div), but when I reload it pops right back. Is there any permanent way to alter someone else's webpage? Maybe an firefox extension or something?
That's what I said: I'm using Firefox to block ads, aka Adblock Plus.
The ad is being blocked, I want to remove the div that stays in the way.
