Edge of sleep

I heard them clamor there
near the edge
of slumber lingering in wait
my dreams

softly whispering sirens song
drawing me closer
a drove of dawning realizations
haunting over some
subconscious issue
and I felt invited...
as I sleep
will I miss you?
