Eden Lake : Best British Film In Years!!!

I recently brought this film on dvd just to see what it was like and i have to say i was really impressed.

Very realistic and just fantastic.

It is seriously recommended.

I found it sort of similar to Last House On The Left actually, like with its controversial aspects and the group of people terrorising people in the wooRAB.
 
Wouldn't say it was the best british film in years, cause recently there has been some very good ones but it is definately up there.

Stupid ending though, didn't like it at all.
 
I like all genres of film and rate this as one of the worst I've ever seem. Saying that, this probably is the best brit film in years- but only cause a lot of very poor films have been made in the last decade or so!

Avoid this like thr frickin' plague!!
 
Yeah, I was dissappointed in the ending (won't say why as it might spoil it for others).

Also, does anyone know what "drug' one of the gang memebers (the lad who starred in This Is England) snorted because he was 'feeling tired'? It looked like Poppers, but I didn't get how that would help him get more energy?
 
I have said many times I thought this film is excellent.
The ending did not disappoint me at all, I just found it stayed with me for quite some time afterwarRAB.
