I think EM is a genius - he is probaly one of the unsung hollywood greats that will be overlooked until they are either dead or too old.

I hope he gets an oscar for his performance in the Dream Girls - I hear he's fantastic in the role

Beverly Hills Cop is always worth a view and brings back fond memories of the 80's.

As un-PC as they are today Raw and Delirious still crack me up.

His goofy turn in Bowfinger was hilarious.

Eddie Murphys is not much of an actor, all he has ever done is comedy films throughout his career

I would like to see him do a serious film to see if he can actually act

Eddie Murphy's OK, but he's not a patch on the man who clearly inspired him - Richard Pryor.

I love him...yes he's done some crappy films but when he's on form he's brilliant..
Richard Pryor is undoubtably a better stand up but i don't think a lot of his films have aged well.

Eddie made Shrek for me but also made me cry in the Nutty Professor!!!

Has anyone seen the trailer for the new Eddie Murphy film Nobet which is due out next year?
It seems like in that he will be playing around 5 different characters just like in the Nutty Professer!
Also I am sure I read recently that Eddie Murphy had agreed to do Beverly Hills Cop 4!
