I am planning to do my extended essay on economics and I have decided to do something related to Demand and Supply as it really interests me...but right now I am having problems selecting the topic..I have been thinking about the "Effect of the Global recession on the tea industry'. But I am quite unsure of how to proceed. Is it a good topic and what should I focus on?? Please help..
