What I am after here is this I know how to echo a folders content and how to echo their file names the question is how do I combine the two so I can echo a directories images and then their name beneath them without the exstension.
So I end up with images side by side with their name beneath them .
image 1.........image 2
name1...........name2
etc I have browsed the internet and books but they tell you one or the other and if you get the odd one that tells you how to do both they don't strip the exstensions.
