Ebuddy internet settings problem in nokia 5130?

When i launch ebuddy on nokia 5130 xpress music , it says your internet settings must be activated for java applications. I do have packet data installed with unlimited usage. I get the 'E' ICON showing on the top left corner but the installation meter doesnt move. And after a while the same error appears. Please help me fast
