I recently bought an xbox 360 on ebay and after I paid, the next day the sellers ebay and paypal accounts were gone is there anything I can do to get my money back.
I assume you paid via Paypal. If so, file a dispute right away. They will guide you through the process and hopefully they can stop him from taking the money out.
paypal will help you get your money back but its gonna take a while they "investigate" and takes like 2 months before you get your money back
and try to bid with users with high feedback the next time
