Ebay question

Ok, so my auction ended, teh high bidder bidded 1575. He refused to pay the full amount, but sent me 130 to offset the ebay fees, which I guess is ok. Now question, if the 2nd chance offer fails, Do I relist tomarrow, or wait till after it comes out to sell?

Tell him if he doesn't pay in full you will report him as a non-paying bidder, keep his money for your fees, and re-list the item.

Obviously he will get the $130 back, but this might scare him into paying you. You can report non-paying bidder, then you will get back your fees. So just try this and see what happens. And next time you do a pre-order PS3 sale, put in big and bold, "Buyer will be responsible to pay FULL AMOUNT within 24 hours of auction end or I will report non-paying bidder and relist item for someone else to purchase."
