eBay Keeps charging $5 a month after cancelling?

I used to have an eBay store, but canceled it about 6 months or so ago. I keep getting charged via PayPal for $4.99 at the end of every month since then. How do I stop this, since I have not been selling anything at all on eBay since my store closed. It claims its an eBay Automatic Seller fee.
