I sold an Iphone on Ebay, and the buyer opened a claim against me, b/c I would not give him a refund, b/c he read the listing wrong. Ebay went in his favor and gave him his money back and made my PayPal account negative. So I did finally recieve the item back, and it's damaged! It has scratches on it and it has two chips in the corners of the screen that were not there, as you can see in my listing. He already has his money back, and I am in the hole with PayPal and I have a phone that is damaged. What can I do??? I have 100% feedback so why did he win? I don't know what to do I'm so upset.
