I purchased a pricey item from Ebay and I payed by Paypal immediately. The seller emailed me and said she made a mistake and wants an extra $28 for postage. I have already payed $18. She has offered me a refund. The email states:
I do not think it is fair that she adds this extra postage. It is her fault, not mine and I have entered a contract with her for the original amount. Is she supposed to sell the item to me at the original price?
