ebay buyer protection scam? buying car HELP?

I saw the offer on craigslist and the person said that she was a member of the ebay buyer protection program and i would get a 7 day drive test period in which she would receive no money, but the only thing is that i have no Ebay account. but she said Ebay would contact me with the shipping information. is this a scam?

then why did she say ebay would contact me?
doesnt that mean that.. oh wait. OMG . yeah scam. all she has to do is create a fake email account -_-

eBay offers no buyers protection program for used cars.

This is a very common Internet SCAM. Once you send the money the car, your cash and the seller all disappear into Internet obscurity. Never to be heard from again.
