Heloo, so i sold a computer on ebay and it got damaged during shipping so the buyer wanted a refund. He opened up a item not described correctly case and won. But in the case it says:
eBay Customer Support comments:
"We've asked the buyer to upload tracking and ship the item to you by May 20, 2010. Once the item is returned to you, we will issue a refund to the buyer or charge your reimbursement payment method on file."
....its the 19th today so i was wondering what would happen if the buyer did not upload tracking info or ship the item by the deadline (20th)???? Anyone know? Would he have to keep the item? or does he still get a chance to ship it back??help
