Let me start off by saying I've never had any eating disorders, and I've always stayed a very healthy weight my whole life.
I eat whenever I'm hungry. I eat lunch/dinner at smaller portions than most. and a couple hours after eating I'm hungry again.
I've always been this way so I've never noticed, but recently I've had some people mention that i am hungry a lot.
Like I said, I've only ever fluctuated in weight very slightly, and I've never paid much attention to my eating habits.
but my question is, is it healthy to eat that often, and be hungry again later? Do I just have a faster metabolism that most? Is this something I can or should stop?
