I'm not on a serious diet, but I am trying to lose a little here and there, and eat less calories, so I guess you could call it a diet.
You see, we're (my family) are going to olive garden today, and I thought a salad would be the healthiest option (And the salad is my favorite thing there!) So lasst time I ate only salad, without thinking it would be healthier, but now I'm the tihnking it is.
The only problem is, I think that the dressing has lots of calories.
A website said that there's 350 calories in a bowl they give you, and about 175 for a big plate full.
If I have 3 bowls, it seems like I should be getting 525 calories.
So I thought, hey, 525 calories, pretty good for a dinner eating-out! but then with dressing, it's about 610 calories...
620, still okay?
I've had about 500 calories today so far (Almost dinner time) so, 500 + 620 is 1120 calories.
That's not very much, so I'd eat an apple or some fruit later too.
Question in summary:
IS THIS A HEALTHY CHOICE COMPARED TO OTHER OLIVE GARDEN DISHES? as well as,
WILL I BE OKAY FOR MY 1400 CALORIE LIMIT, FOR TODAY?
