...it help you lose weight? I read into it and I found that a lot of answers were, "Eat right.", "Exercise.", or "Drink plenty of water."
I just wanted to know if it actually makes you lose weight.
I am around 110-lbs and I am 5'1". I want to lose 10 lbs.
If eating right, exercising at least 30 minutes a day and drinking plenty of water actually works for losing weight, how long would it take to lose around 10 lbs.?
